We operate our Ski Expeditions in April (Nepal spring) and October (Nepal autumn). Whilst the weather during both of these seasons is generally stable, our pick is October for a couple of reasons. Firstly, there’s a lot more snow on the ground post-monsoon than pre-monsoon. This translates to more reliable skiing conditions and less crevasses. Less crevasses is always good! The weather is getting cooler as winter approaches which equals crisp clear days high up.
