Trip Overview

Api  Saipal Himal Trek is for those trekkers-hikers who want to visit remote and unspoiled area of Nepal. It lies in far western Nepal. This route is still off touristy and very few tourists have visited this area. All the trekking and adventure lovers who want to visit the remote and unharmed area of Nepal then Api Saipal trek is just perfect for them.  Adventure off the beaten track through a stark contrast of many terrains and authentic wilderness far from modern civilization.

This trek gives trekkers a great opportunity to explore a wilderness nature of Nepal Beside these this trek  offers the enormous views of mountains like Api Himal (7132m), Saipal {7031m), Mt. Thado Dhunga Tuppa (5368m), Mt. Nandadevi (7817m) Rajamba (6537m) and other peaks, cultural diversity, greenery forests, and rapid flow of rivers, secretive culture and off beaten trail.

The people in this region are a mix of both Hindu and Buddhist cultures and exhibit a way of life untouched by modernity. Given the remoteness and low frequency of tourists in this area, camping is required because lodging cannot be guaranteed.

This trek is challenging – trekking can take up the full day in remote landscapes and involves steep trails to overcome the passes. A good level of fitness and experience is recommended for this trek .Make this trek happen with professional Sherpa team of ‘Adventure Sherpa Tracks’.

 

Itinerary Overview

  1. Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel
  2. Casual day and sightseeing around Kathmandu and trip preparation
  3. Flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and check in Hotel
  4. Flight from Nepalgunj to Simikot and check in Hotel
  5. Simikot commence trek to Dharapori
  6. Dharapori to Kermi
  7. Kermi to Yalbang
  8. Trek to Chala
  9. Trek to Karang Khola/labuk Depsa
  10. Trek to Base camp
  11. Spare Day
  12. Trek back to Karang khola
  13. Trek back to Yalbang/Salle Khola
  14. Trek back to Dharapuri
  15. Trek back to Simikot
  16. Simikot -Nepalgunj – Kathmandu(flight)
  17. Free day in Kathmandu for shopping
  18. Final departure for international flight
  19. Extra day in case of bad weather
