Beginning from Tumlingtar in the steamy lowlands, the land of proud Rai and Limbu inhabitants, Arun Valley Everest Panoramic trekking is blessed with the captivating natural beauty. We traverse across the impressive Arun river and the layered ridges and low-passes of Salpa valley, the villages of Ghoraes, Guidel, Khiraule, Najingdingma before ascending to the biggest and the most lucrative town of Khumbu (Everest) Region, Namche Bazaar. The first few days provide a fascinating contrast to views of high mountainin the later part of the trip.

Arun Valley Everest Panaromic trekking, a non tourist destination and the route followed by Macatney Snepe in his ‘’sea to summit’’ ascend to the Everest, is designed with sufficient acclimatization time to the altitude to increase your chances of completing the traverse into region. The mountain peaks, one of the most talked-about beacon, start providing visual treat to the trekkers as soon as trekkers near the town of Lukla in the Khumbu region. Exploring past the first view-point of mountains of Everest, Makalu, Barunche, Ama Dablam, Lhotse Shar, Taboche, Kang Taipaa and hiking to Panggom monastery awaits the traditional yet lively Namche Bazar.As we move further up to receive the hospitality of Tengboche, we witness the well preserved monasteries adorned with beautiful paintings and an amazing view of Mount Everest. Enjoy the refreshment of salt-butter tea as we trek the amazing trail back to village of Phakding.

DAY 4: Trek to Katake

DAY 5: Trek to Ghote Bazar

DAY 6: Trek to, salpa fedi Salpa Pass

DAY 7: Trek to Ghorase

DAY 8: Trek to Guidel

DAY 9: Trek to Khiraule

DAY 10: Trek to Najingdingma

DAY 11: Trek to Panggom

DAY 12: Rest day at Panggom and hike to Panggom monastery

DAY 13: Trek to Puiyan

DAY 14: Trek to Phakding

DAY 15: Trek to Namche Bazzar

DAY 16: Trek to Tengboche

DAY 17: Visit Tangboche monastery and back to Namche Bazzar

DAY 18: Trek to Phakding
