Trip Overview

This trip is an entire trekking and peak climbing package in Everest region . It  is  great first Himalayan mountaineering experience to over 6000m.  This trip  is an ideal choice for a true adventure seeker looking for a challenging trek and climbing experience in the Himalayas at one go. This adventure journey required good physical fitness and some prior trekking experience. This package is the ultimate and complete trekking and climbing experience in the Everest region. It combines three very popular packages into one: The Everest 3-passes Trek , Everest Base Camp and Island Peak Climb.

Everest Three Passes Trek  and Island Peak climbing takes us to the Everest Base Camp, Kalapatthar, Gokyo Lakes, Gokyo Ri and high mountain passes. More importantly, this route introduces trekkers to the remote and untouched  Nangba  La Valley, the Sherpa village of Marlung and the monastery village of Thame. Moreover, trekkers tread on world famous routes while crossing three high passes Kongma La (5,535/18,159ft), Cho La (5420m/17,782ft) and Renjo La (5,340m/17,520ft) and island peak climbing. The strenuous and picturesque passes and peaks complete the dream of every climbers and trekkers, who have been seeking the delight of adventure.Autumn (Sept to November) and Spring (March to May) are the best seasons for this Adventure.Our climbing itinerary has been designed very professionally by taking care of proper and gradual acclimatization at suitable intervals.

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu (1,350m/4,429ft)

Day 03:Fly to Lukla then trek to Phakding (2,800m/9,187ft) 3-4 hrs

Day 04:Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,438m/11,280ft)  5-6 hrs

Day 05: Acclimatization Day ( 3,438m/11,280ft)

Day 06:Namche Bazaar to Thame  (3,736m/12,258ft) 4-6 hrs

Day 07:Thame to Lungden (4,368m/14,331ft) 3-4 hrs

Day 08:Lungden: acclimatization day (4,368m/14,331ft)

Day 09:Trek  to Gokyo via Renjo La Pass (4,800m/15,749ft) 6-8 hrs

Day 10: Acclimatization Hike to Gokyo Ri (5,357m/17,576ft)  3-4 hrs

Day 11: Gokyo to Thaknak  ( 4,600m/15,093ft)  3-5  hrs

Day 12: Trek to Zongla (4830m/15,850 ft):  via Cho La pass (5368m/17,611 ft): 7 – 8 hours

Day 13: Dzongla to Lobuche (4,940m/16,208ft) 3-4 hrs

Day 14: Lobuche to Gorakshep (5,160m, 3 to 4 hours), then to Everest Base Camp (5,365m) and back to Gorakshep (3 to 4 hours)

Day 15: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5545m/18,192ft] and back to Lobuche (4940m/16,207ft): 7-8 hours

Day 16: Lobuche to Kongma La (5,535m/18,159ft) to Chhukung (4,730m/15,518ft): 6-7 hours

Day 17: Chhukung to Island Peak Base Camp (5,200m/17,060ft), 3-4 hours trek pre-climb training:

Day 18: Island Peak Base Camp to Summit (6,189m/20,305ft), and back to chukung 10-12 hours

Day 19: Contingency day in case of bad weather

Day 20: Chukung to Pangboche (3,985m/13,074ft) 5-6 hours

Day 21: Pangboche to Namche (3,438m/11,280ft) 5 -6 hrs

Day 22: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,860m/9,186ft):  6 – 7 hours

Day 23: Fly back  Kathmandu

Day 24: Transfer to airport for final departure

Note: Please take care to note that your Sherpa guides  has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the itinerary if it is deemed necessary due to your safety concerns. Every effort will be made to keep to the above itinerary; however, since this adventure entails travelling in remote mountainous regions, we cannot guarantee  it. Weather, health condition of a group member, unexpected natural disasters, etc., can all contribute to changes in the itinerary. Your climbing Sherpa guides will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan, but please be prepared to be flexible if required. Price Includes

  • Arrival and Departure: Airport – Hotel transfers – Airport (Pick Up and Drop).
  • Hotel Accommodation in Kathmandu: 3 nights hotel (tourist standard hotel) in Kathmandu on bed & breakfast
  • Transportation: Kathmandu-Lukla Kathmandu domestic airfare.
  • Permit: Island Peak Royalty and permit of Nepal Government to climb Island Peak,  Rural
    Municipality Entry fees, national park area entry permits, and fees.
  • Garbage Management: Stool Shipment Transfer & Garbage Deposit Fees.
  • Insurance: Medical & Emergency rescue Insurance for all involved Nepalese staff during the trek and expedition.
  • Food & Lodging: All meals while on the trek and on while climbing Island Peak (breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, and coffee and accommodation)
  • Guide & Sherpas: Guide while on the trekking and climbing Sherpa licensed by Nepal Mountaineering Association for island peak.
  • Porter: Porter as required
  • Climbing Sherpa Salary & Allowance: Climbing Sherpa Salary, Equipment, Food, clothing, and insurance.
  • Radio set: For communication between high camp and base camp
  • Base Camp Staff: Experienced  Base camp Cook & kitchen Helpers
    as required.
  • Base Camp Tent: Tents with comfortable mattresses at base camps
  •  Base Camp Equipment: At Base camp: foam mattresses and pillow per member, 1 Dinning Tent, 1 Kitchen Tent,1 Toilet tent, 1 Staff Tent, Tables & chairs & all necessary cooking gear.
