Our Annapurna Circuit Trekking begins we complete our cultural sightseeing around Kathmandu valley followed by some shopping and completion of necessary preparations for this trip. In the beginning, we enjoy long scenic drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar from where we start our trekking activities. And if we arrive at Besisahar earlier then we trek to Bhulbhule at the same day. This amazing Annapurna Circuit Trekking lets us explore the magnificence of Annapurna Conservation Area allowing us to witness the best of nature while getting insights of local culture and traditions. While following our classic trails of Annapurna Circuit Trek, we discover the diversity in topography. Starting our journey from lush green forests, we gradually make our way through vegetation like dwarf shrubs towards alpine surroundings and even around the beautiful Tibetan plateau alike landscapes in Manang. Proper acclimatization is an important part of our journey and we make sure all of us are fit and fine with our body adapted to high altitude conditions. We will then cross lettar, thorong phedi and finally cross high passes of Thorong la pass at an altitude of 5415 m followed by push to Muktinath for overnight stay. Thorong la pass is the highest point achieved on our trek from where excellent views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna Himalayan range are seen.
The Annapurna Circuit Trekking trail further leads us towards famous pilgrimage site of Muktinath where we can experience cultural and religious blend of Hinduism and Buddhism. We will then trek towards Jomsom, Kalopani, relax and enjoy natural hotsprings at tatopani, cross chitree, Birethanti and Nayapul before we drive towards Pokhara and either board a flight or take a drive back to Kathmandu.
